The thesis aimed to identify the legal regulation of combating commercial dumping in light of the World Trade Organization Agreement and Iraqi law, and comparative laws, and that dumping is one of the methods of commercial competition that harms international trade, which leads to restricting competition and the emergence of a monopoly.
The thesis concluded that dumping is an illegal practice that falls within the framework of international trade, whereby the producer offers his products at prices lower than the prices of similar products or less than the cost of production in order to displace competitors in the market to monopolize it.
