The thesis aimed to develop the reality of litigation and that interrogation highlights the positive role of the court in proving the case and obligating the opponents themselves to attend and discuss them personally, and providing the court with new information and extracting evidence for proof.
The thesis concluded that interrogation is a legal means to prove the case being considered by productive interrogation of one of the opponents by directing direct questions to him to clarify the truth.
