The thesis aimed to clarify the purpose of the surgical intervention process to change the human gender, which results in changing a fully masculine male into a female and vice versa without there being any therapeutic or intentional reasons for treatment. The motives that drive a person to resort to such a process.

The message concluded that cases of human sex change fall under intentional crimes regardless of the parties to the criminal act, and that it is difficult to return the transsexual to before the operation and that it has begun to appear in Iraqi society through social media
