Congratulations to the Dean on the occasion of the Great Victory Day

I am pleased and honored, on my own behalf and on behalf of all the faculty members, staff and students of the College of Engineering at Kirkuk University, to extend my warmest congratulations and blessings to the proud Iraqi people and their valiant army in all its branches, on the occasion of the anniversary of the great Victory Day, which represents a bright page in the history of Iraq, a day when the will and unity of the nation's sons triumphed over the forces of darkness, and the dignity of our beloved land was restored.
We ask God to perpetuate the blessings of security and stability on our beloved Iraq and on the entire Islamic nation, and to preserve it proud and honorable, and to have mercy on our righteous martyrs who sacrificed their lives for its glory and dignity.
