The College of Basic Education, through the Employment and Rehabilitation Unit, organized a motivational activity entitled “Enhancing the Culture of Participation in the Decision-Making Process,” with the aim of encouraging students to adopt the principle of collaborative decision-making.The activity included an interactive lecture that addressed the importance of cooperation and participation in decision-making and its positive impact on developing students’ skills in teamwork and collaborative thinking. The activity also included a set of collaborative games and practical activities that focused on enhancing team spirit and applying the concept of collaborative decision-making in real-life situations.This activity aims to enable students to understand the mechanisms of group decision-making and develop communication and problem-solving skills, which contribute to better preparing them for professional and social life.
