About the Finance Division:
The Division aims to plan and organize all financial and accounting matters, spend the approved amounts, prepare the unified trial balance, prepare the final accounts and the estimated budget and distribute them after approval, monitor the allocations, prepare proposals for the annual plan projects, equip the college with all requirements, secure the storage of materials, collect state funds, and liquidate advances in accordance with the instructions and legal guidelines in force.
The Finance Division includes a group of units, namely:
Budget Unit: Develops the financial plan for the budget, distributes funding according to all entitlements and classifications, monitors disbursement, determines financial reports and trial balance, and issues a unified budget for the college.
Records and Accounts Unit: Classifies all revenues and expenses into designated records according to the budget tabulations.
Payroll Unit: Preparing and disbursing payroll lists and preparing other disbursement lists.
Education Fund Unit: Organizing cash transactions between the college and the bank according to receipts and records designated for that purpose.
Warehouse Equipment Unit: Receives materials, stores them, dispenses them to beneficiaries, and prepares annual inventory tables for all property and equipment in the college.
