English About the Legal Division:
The tasks of the Legal Division are to maintain the integrity of the application of the law, instructions and controls in force, as well as diagnose cases of violation of applicable laws and follow up on the compliance of employees and members with instructions and administrative contexts. The Legal Division is also concerned with examining all employment and student complaints presented before it and forming investigative committees and committees for student discipline. The Division also follows up on the conclusion of employment contracts for employees and government contracts (lease contracts) for public facilities affiliated with the college, in addition to organizing all types of guarantees, legal pledges, forms and forms according to the need to work according to the applicable laws and instructions. The Legal Division also provides legal representation of the college before all courts, state departments, and police stations to follow up on all issues related to the work of the college, in addition to providing legal opinion and advice on the issues presented before it, along with many tasks according to its jurisdiction, which cannot be enumerated and explained at length.
