The College of Basic Education/Continuing Education Division organized a workshop entitled “Detection of network intrusion using techniques based on neural networks.” The workshop targeted methods and techniques for detecting network intrusions using advanced techniques that rely on neural networks, with the aim of raising awareness about the importance of and enhancing protection for sensitive data and information.The lecturer (Mrs. Hanan Ali Zainal) presented a detailed educational session on methods of detecting network intrusions, pointing out the importance of adopting neural networks in enhancing and improving the efficiency of detection and prevention of network attacks.Organizing such events is part of the college’s efforts to raise the level of technological awareness, enhance skills in the field of information security, and qualify students and those interested to face modern challenges in the world of technology and the Internet.
