The Legal Division aims to:
To achieve justice among the college’s members in accordance with the laws, regulations, and instructions. The Legal Division is responsible for providing legal protection for the college and defending it before the courts and judicial authorities.
Among the duties and tasks of the division: -
1.Organizing a form (contract) for daily wages in the college.
2.Organizing and auditing the ministerial contracts form.
3.Proofreading and organizing the legal guarantees form for students.
4.The Legal Division participates in special investigative committees for associates and students at the college.
5.Dictating, organizing and auditing the special undertakings of external lecturers in the college.
6.Providing legal consultations to college branches.
7.Statement of legal opinion in books related to legal affairs and other topics.
8.Participation in the Student Discipline Committee formed in the college in accordance with the Instructions for Student Discipline in Institutions of Higher 9.Education and Scientific Research No. 160 in 2007, in addition to participating in the State Employees Discipline Committees.
10.Participation in the investigative committees formed in the college.
11.Participate in the investigative committees formed by the University Presidency/Legal Affairs Department by preparing their records and submitting them to the University Presidency and the Ministry for the purpose of approval.
