As part of the field follow-up, a committee from the University of Kirkuk visited the College of Administration and Economics to oversee the administrative workflow and monitor the activities of the Planning Division. The visit aims to review the mechanism for preparing and implementing the approved annual and strategic plans, and the extent of adherence to ministerial instructions and regulations.
The visit included evaluating the level of functional and organizational performance, reviewing the approved development programs and plans, as well as discussing the most prominent challenges and obstacles facing administrative work. A number of observations and suggestions were presented to contribute to improving performance mechanisms and enhancing the quality of institutional work, in line with the vision and goals of the University of Kirkuk to elevate both administrative and academic standards.
