College of Science/University of Kirkuk organizes a workshop on how to use the Mendeley resource management program

In implementation of the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and the presidency of the University of Kirkuk in developing the skills of graduate students, the College of Science organized a scientific workshop on how to use the Mendeley resource management program, with the participation of graduate students and a number of researchers.
The workshop, which was delivered by Dr. Shilan Khairallah Jabbar, dealt with developing the skills of researchers and graduate students in managing and arranging scientific sources using the Mendeley program, and introducing the attendees to the most important characteristics of this program and benefiting from its various features when writing dissertations and scientific researches. This saves time and effort for researchers in Finding and categorizing research, as well as making it easy to delete, edit, and add to the list of sources when writing the research. The workshop also included how to create an account in Elsevier, download and install the program and how to add and include references to the program.

The lecture was admired by the attendees for the valuable information that it contained regarding arranging and documenting scientific sources and they expressed their interest in using the Mendeley program when writing research.
