The Faculty of Pharmacy, through the Continuing Education Division, held a seminar entitled (World Pharmacist Day) on Thursday, corresponding to ٢٠٢٤/١٠/١٧.
The seminar included several axes, through which the lecturers, Dr. Omid Mohsen Hassan, Dr. miRNA Kifah Faik and assistant teacher Zeinab Azel Mahdi, discussed the history of Pharmacy in Iraq and Mesopotamia, the exact specialties in pharmacology and its effects on the development of the profession and tips for future pharmacists to graduate a conscious generation and possess the tools of communication with the patient, assistant teacher naghm Daham Ibrahim also provided an overview of the role of psychological counseling and educational guidance in Ghazi Juma from the fifth stage presented the importance of the graduation project in discovering the methods of scientific research and its prospects.
At the end of the seminar, the dean of the Faculty of pharmacy, assistant professor Dr. Nashwan Omar Rashid, the captain of Kirkuk pharmacists, Dr. Sinan Muhammad Ali, and the chairman of the scientific committee at the Kirkuk syndicate, Dr. Abdullah Abdul Aziz, presented their blessings, congratulations and wishes of success to the students and graduates of pharmacists on the occasion of the International Pharmacy Day.
