The College of Pharmacy organizes a visit to the elderly care home in Kirkuk

The Scientific Affairs Division and the Women’s Empowerment and Volunteer Work Committee at the College of Pharmacy, in cooperation with the Central Committee headed by the University of Kirkuk, made a joint visit to the elderly care home on Tuesday morning, 02/13/2024.

Assistant Professor Dr. Amira Kamal Muhammad, Administrative Assistant to the Dean and responsible for the Women’s Empowerment Committee, who headed the delegation from the College of Pharmacy, stated, “We met with the officials of the home, learned about the conditions of its residents, and provided some material and moral assistance.”
For his part, Assistant Professor Dr. Nashwan Omar Rashid, Dean of the College, confirmed, “This visit is not the first, but was preceded by several volunteer visits. He also stressed that the Deanship of the College is continuing and continuing to provide support and assistance to all community institutions in Kirkuk through the College’s exercise of its social and humanitarian role.”
