Announcement to Students Included in Certificate Equivalency Examination (53) at the College of Pharmacy, University of Kirkuk

On Tuesday, October 28, 2025, at 9:00 AM, the theoretical part of the Certificate Equivalency Examination for graduates of Pharmacy Colleges outside Iraq will be held at the College of Pharmacy / University of Kirkuk.

Exam Conditions:

1. Attendance one hour before the exam, which starts at 9:00 AM and lasts for three hours (9:00 AM - 12:00 PM).

2. Students must bring their original passport and a colored copy of the first two pages, as well as a valid national unified ID card; otherwise, they will be prohibited from taking the exam.

3. Do not wear wristwatches, accessories, or rings for both genders (females and males), as well as wallets and pencil cases, into the examination hall.

4. Leave mobile phones at the photocopying kiosks outside the college building.

5. Bring the exam fee payment receipt.

6. For students who will take the exam at other examination centers and are subject to the practical exam, the laboratory exam will be held at the College of Pharmacy / University of Baghdad center on Sunday, November 2, 2025, starting at 9:00 AM, according to the lists to be announced later.

Important Notes:
Examinees (both male and female) will undergo thorough inspection at the college's reception and, if necessary, a second time upon entering the examination hall. Participants' ears will be examined during the exam using an otoscope.

Examinees will also be provided with ballpoint pens by the college for the exam and handheld calculators. They are permitted to enter the halls at a quarter to nine (8:45 AM).
