College of Pharmacy Organizes Guidance Seminar Titled (Mechanisms for Promoting and Supporting Women's Mental Health)

The University Psychological Guidance Division, in cooperation with the Continuing Education Division and the Women's Affairs Unit at the College of Pharmacy, organized a guidance seminar titled "Mechanisms for Promoting and Supporting Women's Mental Health" on Monday, October 20, 2025.

The seminar included several axes, through which Assistant Lecturer Batool Khalil Mohammed presented her lecture to third-year students on the importance of mental health and its role in achieving personal and social balance. Additionally, it covered identifying the most prominent psychological challenges facing women and methods for dealing with them in positive ways. Strategies for supporting mental health were also reviewed, including enhancing self-confidence, developing life skills, and adopting positive thinking methods that contribute to reducing daily stress and pressures.
