A lecturer from the College of Pharmacy publishes a research paper in the Kirkuk University Journal of Humanities.

Assistant Professor Manal Abdullah Rashid, a lecturer at the College of Pharmacy at the University of Kirkuk, published a research paper entitled "General and Specific Research in Surat Al-Ahzab" in the Kirkuk University Journal of Humanities.

The aim of this study is to demonstrate the rules of generality and specificity in Surat Al-Ahzab and to elucidate their fundamental implications by analyzing Quranic texts according to the methodology of the science of the principles of jurisprudence. This aims to clarify the meanings of commands and prohibitions and the legal rulings that result from them. The study also seeks to simplify these implications and make them easier to understand, enabling those obligated to comprehend the intended meaning of the Quranic text and act accordingly in a correct manner.
