- The Scientific Department Council may recommend advancing or postponing examination dates wherever applicable for up to one week, subject to approval by the College/Institute Council.

- Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha, and other official holidays must be taken into account if they coincide with examination days.

- Student registration for courses takes place within a period of (10) ten working days prior to the start of the semester for the course system.
