Under the slogan "Our College is More Beautiful," the College of Media launches a volunteer campaign to rehabilitate its gardens in preparation for the new academic year.
Coinciding with the start of the new academic year and in preparation for welcoming students, the Student Activities Division (Volunteer Unit) at the College of Media launched a volunteer campaign to prune and rehabilitate the college's gardens and green spaces. A number of faculty members and student volunteers participated in the campaign.
The campaign included pruning trees and shrubs, cleaning green spaces, rehabilitating walkways, and organizing the gardens. This contributes to improving the college's aesthetic appeal and creating a clean, beautiful, and suitable university environment for students and staff as the new academic year begins.
The Dean of the College of Media, Professor Dr. Mu'ad Assi Ali, emphasized that the college administration places great importance on the university environment and the overall appearance of the college. He added that the college continues to support volunteer initiatives and activities that contribute to enhancing the quality of services and the aesthetic appeal of the campus, and to fostering a spirit of initiative and responsibility among students.
He pointed out that these initiatives represent an important aspect of student activities, given their role in instilling values of cooperation, belonging, and the preservation of university property and facilities.
For their part, the campaign participants expressed their happiness at contributing to this volunteer work, emphasizing that maintaining the beauty of the college and its environment is a shared responsibility that reflects the spirit of cooperation and belonging to the educational institution.
This campaign is part of a series of initiatives and activities implemented by the College of Media to provide an attractive and comfortable university environment, in line with the college's preparations to welcome students and begin a new academic year.
