A lecturer from the College of Law and Political Science publishes a joint research in an international journal within the Scopus Q1 containers

The lecturer at the College of Law and Political Science, Professor Dr. Muhammad Ali Hamoud, published a joint scientific research with the researcher Ribin Madhat Omar entitled: Positive Neutrality in Iraqi Foreign Policy after 2020, in the journal EVOLUTIONARY STUDIES IN IMAGINATIVE CULTURE, which is a semi-annual multidisciplinary journal issued by Raya International Academic Company in the United States of America, and is included in the Scopus Q1 containers.

The lecturer stated that the research dealt with providing an analysis and scientific vision of the role played by Iraqi foreign policy in light of its adoption of the principle of positive neutrality, and its important role in converging viewpoints between the conflicting parties as an effective and reliable mediator in its regional and international environment.
