A lecturer from the College of Law and Political Science participates in an international scientific conference

The lecturer at the College of Law and Political Science, Professor Dr. Saad Attia Hamad, participated in the fifth international scientific conference held by the Legal Research Center at the Ministry of Justice in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq, which bore the slogan "Interdisciplinary Studies: A Characteristic of Research Works in the World of Law"

The lecturer stated that he participated in the conference with his research entitled: The Clear Structure of the Philosophy of Governance and the Date of Expiration of the Legal Rule. Which focused on collecting the scattered data that must be available in every legislation to be placed in a solid mold, striving and aiming for fair and comprehensive legislation that includes the problems of society. The research recommendations were crowned with scientific ideas with deep meaning and benefit in the necessity of finding solid and comprehensive legislation that addresses the changes and urgent needs that occur in society, and with bright ideas that renew our original specialty, which is that societies have no life without comprehensive legislation for the developments of life.
