Issuance of a new scientific book by a lecturer from Kirkuk University

A new scientific book was issued by a lecturer at the College of Law and Political Science at Kirkuk University, Professor Dr. Ahmed Samir Mohammed, entitled: The Mediator in Explaining the Provisions of the Iraqi Lawyers Law No. 173 of 1965, in force and amended. The lecturer stated that the new book dealt with the conceptual framework of the concept of advocacy and the legal basis for its development, the status of advocacy in practical application, the responsibility of the lawyer, his rights and duties, and shedding light on the Bar Association with its definition, establishment and organizational framework, and a statement of legal aid and the rules of conduct of the legal profession.
