Publication of a new teaching book at the College of Law and Political Science

The Arab Center for Publishing and Distribution issued a new book by the Assistant Dean for Administrative Affairs at the College of Law and Political Science, Professor Dr. Nawzad Ahmed Yassin, entitled: (Crimes arising from demonstrations/a comparative study) for the year 2024.

The author discussed the legal texts in the Iraqi Penal Code No. 111 of 1969 when adapting the images of crimes committed in demonstrations, considering demonstrations as a means that leads to activating the right of peoples to participate in the political process.
