The thesis aimed to analyze the importance of the principle of positive neutrality adopted by Iraq in its positive foreign behavior and what it represents as a strategic opportunity to arrange the regional environment in a way that achieves the interest of Iraq and ensures its national security.
The letter concluded that Iraq's principle of positive neutrality was reflected in its ability to convince both Saudi Arabia and Iran to sit at the negotiating table and reduce regional tension between the two countries.
