Presentation Modes

Accepted papers and abstracts at IKUCDS 2026 will be presented during the conference's scientific sessions as either oral or poster presentations. During the registration process, authors are requested to indicate their preferred presentation mode. The final presentation assignment will be communicated after acceptance and is subject to the Scientific Committee’s evaluation and the conference program schedule.

Oral Presentation

• Duration: 10–15 minutes
• Followed by  5 minutes discussion
• Presentations should be in PowerPoint format
• Standard audiovisual equipment will be provided

Poster Presentation

• Recommended size: A0 (portrait orientation)
• Posters should clearly present:
  • Title, authors, and affiliation
  • Introduction and objectives
  • Methods
  • Results (tables/figures where appropriate)
  • Conclusions
• Presenters must attend the designated poster session
