Awards, Certificates, and Souvenirs

Certificates

• Certificates of Participation will be issued to all registered participants.
• Certificates of Presentation will be awarded to authors who present an oral or poster presentation during the conference.
• Certificates will be provided in official electronic format and/or printed format as determined by the Organizing Committee.

Honorary Shields

• Honorary shields will be presented to:
  • Keynote speakers
  • Distinguished session chairs
  • The main conference sponsor (if applicable)
• The estimated number of honorary shields is 25–30.

Conference Souvenirs

• Souvenir gifts will be provided to all registered participants presenting research.
• Souvenirs will be included in the conference bag and typically include:
  • A pen bearing the conference and University of Kirkuk logo
  • A notebook bearing the conference and University of Kirkuk logo
