Abstract Submission Guidelines
The First International Kirkuk University Conference for Dental Sciences (IKUCDS 2026) invites the submission of original, unpublished, and non-commercial research papers addressing recent advances, innovations, and scientific developments across all fields of dental sciences. Submissions should demonstrate novel contributions, sound scientific methodology, and clear relevance to contemporary dental research and clinical practice.
Submission Format
- All papers must be submitted in .DOC format only.
- Submissions in other formats will not be considered.
Originality and Exclusivity
- All submissions must be original and unpublished.
- Papers that have been previously published, are under review elsewhere, or have been submitted to any other conference will not be accepted.
- Duplicate or simultaneous submissions to multiple journals, conferences, or platforms are strictly prohibited.

Abstract Requirements
Authors are required to submit an abstract describing recent research or clinical work. Abstracts must be written in English and may be considered for oral or poster presentations.
Each abstract should be structured and include:
Background
Objectives
Methods
Results
Conclusions
Abstracts must clearly present the objectives of the study, the methodology used, the key findings or results, and the scientific or clinical significance of the work.
Abstract length: 250–300 words
Keywords: Up to five
Author details must include:
Full name(s)
Institutional affiliation(s)
Email address of the corresponding author
Registration Requirement
At least one author of each accepted abstract or paper must complete conference registration and payment before publication or presentation.
Submission (Online)
- Prepare the abstract according to the conference guidelines.
- Send the abstract as a Word file through the provided online submission form.
- Include the paper title, authors’ names, affiliations, and corresponding author contact details.
- A confirmation email will be sent after successful submission.
