Graduate Studies
Mechanism for applying for postgraduate studies and documents required to apply for the academic year (2023-2024):

Application must be made electronically via the link (http://adm.rdd.edu.iq), starting from Tuesday, 5/2/2023, until Thursday, 6/1/2023.
Submission of those covered by the Martyrs Foundation Law and the Law of Compensation for Those Affected by Military Operations, Military Mistakes, and Terrorist Operations shall be via electronic forms via the electronic link (http://students.alshuhadaa.gov.iq).
Withdrawing the basic forms, which are forms (500 - 501 - 504), the form that contains white ink or scratches and scratches is not accepted, taking care to fill out all the fields of the form and sign them, otherwise the transaction will be neglected.
Concessions category forms for the academic year 2023-2024:
A form for the relatives of martyrs before 2003 and the category of martyrs of the Popular Mobilization Forces, Form (502), signed and stamped by the competent authorities.
Political prisoners’ application form (503), signed and stamped by the competent authorities.
Victims’ Compensation Form (Form 700), signed and stamped by the competent authorities.
A form for people with disabilities and special needs, Form (600), accompanied by a copy of the medical report signed by the competent medical committee that confirms the disability and the percentage of disability.
Documents required for applicants for postgraduate studies:
For applicants for Master’s and Higher Diploma studies: a colored copy of the graduation document addressed to the University of Kirkuk / College of Engineering / Division of Graduate Studies (in which the average is recorded in numbers and writing and matches the scientific background of the applicant, and the average of the first student in the batch in the scientific section for the first and second rounds and for the morning and evening studies is recorded) .
A colored copy of personal documents (civil ID card or unified national card - citizenship certificate - ration card - housing card) (copied on one sheet) and (4) color photographs.
In addition to the documents required in Paragraph (5/A, B, C), employees applying for postgraduate studies must bring a (service summary) containing the date of first appointment and the date of commencement after the last certificate, along with a letter of no objection to applying for postgraduate studies with the following statement (no objection). Department (from applying to postgraduate studies for the academic year 2023-2024) and signed by the authorized person of the relevant department, the ministry, or the entity not affiliated with a ministry, except for employees of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in universities. The letter of no objection shall be signed by the president of the university or his authorized representative.
For an employee whose average is less than 65, bring a letter confirming his job service for a period of no less than 5 years after the last certificate, and it must be submitted through the private expense channel with an official letter of exception signed by (the competent minister).
Regarding employees of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research applying for doctoral studies who hold academic titles (assistant teacher, teacher, assistant professor), bring the university order regarding granting them scientific titles.
For applicants to study during employment or assignment in accordance with Law (20 of 2020), bring a letter of non-objection in the following format (no objection from the department to study during the period of employment or assignment at private expense in accordance with Law 20 of 2020)
Attach proficiency certificates (English, Arabic, computer).
All the documents mentioned above are collected in one file in (pdf) format and sent to the email address of the Graduate Studies Division (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.).
Submit the original paper file with a color photocopy, in addition to a CD containing all the documents mentioned above, to the Graduate Studies Division after completing the electronic form and during the application period.
The applicant bears all legal consequences in the event that the paper documents do not match the documents submitted by him in the email.
Interviews are conducted to determine the eligibility of candidates for admission to graduate studies on the day of the competitive examination and according to Form (506).
Security permits are approved for accepted students only.
Submit the required documents in a nylon file (blue) and in two copies.
For further inquiries, please visit the Graduate Studies Division at the College of Engineering/University of Kirkuk during official working hours from nine in the morning to two in the evening.
The applicant must follow his email for the purpose of communicating with the Graduate Studies Division at the College of Engineering in the event of an error or deficiency in the applicant’s electronic file.
The original paper file with (two colored copies) for those accepted only is delivered to the Graduate Studies Division at the college immediately after announcing the completion of the electronic application for the purpose of completing the audit and approval process.
