About the department

The department was established in our college on 7/19/2010, five years after the founding of the college, within one of the college’s goals, which is integration in terms of containing most of the engineering specializations. The department includes a specialized staff who hold scientific titles, assistant professor, teacher, and assistant teacher with high experience and competence in the field of education. And conducting scientific research. The department contains good classrooms and specialized laboratories such as the fluids laboratory, materials resistance laboratory, mechanical workshops, metallurgy laboratory, applied mechanics and vibration laboratory, heat transfer and thermodynamics laboratory. The Department of Mechanical Engineering seeks to be an advanced model for higher education institutions in the country and in the region, with high scientific integrity in accordance with internationally recognized standards applied in the most prestigious universities in the world.
