Scientific Affairs Division

- The Scientific Affairs Division seeks to seriously and quickly follow up on matters related to responding to books sent by the university.

- Collecting information from scientific departments about books and data sent from the university.

- Facilitating the task of teaching staff in all universities and centers, especially with regard to registering research and following up on invitations to conferences, seminars and seminars.

First: Issuing administrative orders in the following areas:

1-Scientific sabbatical.
2-Delegations.
3-Scientific promotions.
4-Changing academic titles.
5-Giving lectures to teachers (permanent and external).
6-Forming scientific committees in scientific departments.
7-Forming cultural committees in scientific departments.
8-Forming examination committees in scientific departments.
9-Forming committees to identify educational advisors for the academic levels in the scientific departments.
10-Formation of human rights committees.
11-Monitoring examination halls for teachers.
12-Forming committees for officials of the examination hall sector.
13-Forming a research research committee in scientific departments.
14-Forming a committee to welcome new students at the college.


Second: Other tasks:-

1-Follow up on preliminary studies with their units and hours.
2-Updating information for all scientific departments.
3-Providing the structure of all scientific departments.
4-Sending invitations to conferences, seminars, and departmental seminars to the university.
5-Facilitating the task of teaching staff in all universities and centers.
6-Collecting the activities of the scientific departments in our college annually and sending them to the university presidency.
