As an educational and cultural initiative aimed at enhancing knowledge and practical interaction, the Petroleum Engineering Department made a scientific visit to the students of the fourth stage of morning and evening study with a distinguished scientific visit to the North Oil Company/Field Measurements Department. This step comes within the framework of developing the study program and enhancing practical understanding of the field of petroleum engineering.
During the visit, the students were able to learn about and learn about the latest technologies and equipment used in oil field measurements, as they visited the field measurements department and were closely informed of the devices and equipment used in this aspect.
Then, the students moved to the storage tanks, where the process of storing oil and gas was explained and the methods used in those processes were analyzed. The students showed great interest during the educational tour, as they benefited from discussions and interaction with specialists in the field.
