A scientific visit for students of the Civil Engineering Department to the White Village Complex and Warzagar City Complex
Under the supervision of the Civil Engineering Department teachers, a special scientific trip was held for the third stage students to the White Village Complex and the Warzgar City Complex, with the aim of linking theoretical study with applied study and preparing students according to the requirements of the labor market.
This scientific trip was organized under the supervision of the teacher, Dr. Yousef Salam Saeed, the teacher, Dr. Muayyad Muhammad Qasim, and the teacher, Dr. Abdul Amir Hussein Qasim, who directed and guided the students during the visit. The main goal of this trip was to enhance students’ understanding of the theoretical concepts that were studied in the classroom through realistic practical experience in the two complexes.
During the visit, the students visited various engineering projects in the two complexes, which include buildings and other infrastructure works. Students are able to closely observe the design and construction processes, and apply theoretical engineering foundations in real projects.
Dialogue sessions and constructive discussions were also organized between the students and accompanying teachers, where the students asked their questions and inquiries about the design and construction process, and the various artistic and technical aspects of the presented projects were discussed.
This scientific trip is considered a valuable opportunity for third-year students to expand their knowledge and practical experience in the field of civil engineering, and prepare them to face the challenges of the labor market with confidence and skill.
