Scientific symposium on institutional and program accreditation at the College of Engineering at Kirkuk University
Under the patronage of the Honorable Mrs. Dean of the College of Engineering (Prof. Dr. Celnik Akram Omar), the Quality Assurance and Performance Evaluation Division at the College of Engineering held on Monday, 3/25/2024, a scientific symposium on the subject of institutional and programmatic accreditation by Prof. Ali Ihsan Salah. Al-Din and Mr. Wael Rami Raphael
Where the necessary steps were reviewed for the university to obtain institutional accreditation and the response to the book of the University of Kirkuk regarding the two axes of students and curricula in this regard,
Mr. Wael Rami touched on the seven learning outcomes related to specialized program accreditation (engineering), which were approved by the National Accreditation Committee and the mechanism for implementing and measuring them in scientific departments.
The symposium was attended by the Scientific Assistant, the heads of scientific departments, and the members of the quality committees in charge of the above topics. The questions and inquiries raised were answered, and the interventions of the gentlemen and ladies present were listened to about the best ways to reach the desired goal related to obtaining the national accreditation certificate.
