A lecturer from the College of Education for Humanities participates in an international conference

The lecturer at the College of Education for Humanities, Dr. Shalal Awad Salim Al-Ubaidi, participated in the proceedings of the fifth international conference entitled "Cognitive Readings in the Humanities and Social Sciences", which was held by the Dhakawat Foundation for Culture, Thought and Arts in Iraq, in cooperation with the Tasnim International Journal for Humanities, Social and Cultural Sciences in Lebanon, and under the auspices of the College of Arts at Soran University for the period from (5_6 August 2024).

The lecturer participated in the conference with his research entitled (The Extent of the Possibility of Conflict of Rulings between the Federal Supreme Court and the Federal Court of Cassation), in which he reviewed the legal and theoretical dimensions related to the conflict of rulings between the two judicial institutions, highlighting the challenges and implications of these conflicts. The research received great praise from the participants in the conference, who commended the depth of the analysis and clarity of vision that he presented.

 The Dean of the College, Prof. Dr. Farhad Aziz Mohiuddin, praised the importance of these contributions, stressing that such participations reflect the level of excellence and distinction of academics in the college, and contribute to enhancing its position locally and internationally.
