Scientific symposium entitled The art and etiquette of application

Under the patronage of the Dean of the College of Education for Human Sciences, Professor Dr. Farhad Aziz Mohieddin, the Arabic Language Department, in cooperation with the Continuing Education Division, held a scientific symposium entitled (The Art and Etiquette of Application) on Sunday, 02/11/2024, delivered by Professor Dr. (Bassem Nazem Suleiman), and it was summarized. The lecture is the most important pillars of successful teaching that can benefit the applied student, such as the formal aspects of appropriate clothing, a clear loud voice, the distribution of gaze, and minimizing movement, and the educational aspects such as encouragement, praise, and avoiding ridicule. As for the scientific aspects, it dealt with accuracy, focus, and the use of pictures and shapes, and focusing on writing the name of the subject and the topic using colors. Asking the question first, then choosing the answer, not prolonging it, giving enough time for the students to rest, keeping the college’s secrets, and not staying in one place all the time.

 Paying attention to the daily schedule and class distribution, and other aspects that enrich the student in his first applied experience.
