Under the patronage of Professor Dr. Farhad Aziz Mohiuddin, Dean of the College of Education for Humanities, the Graduates Unit organized a field visit to two schools that are workplaces for a number of college graduates, with the aim of following up on the graduates' performance, evaluating their professional levels, and measuring the school administrations' satisfaction with their educational and teaching performance. The Graduates Unit met with school administrations and educational colleagues, where their performance in the work environment was reviewed, as well as the extent to which their skills match the requirements of the profession and their ability to apply the academic knowledge they acquired during their studies at the college. Questionnaires and interviews were also conducted to determine the graduates' efficiency in managing the classroom, interacting with students, and employing modern educational methods. The Dean stressed that these visits represent a fundamental step in developing the educational process within the college, as their results contribute to improving the curricula and aligning them with the needs of the labor market, ensuring the preparation of highly qualified teaching staff. He also pointed out that following up on the performance of graduates reflects the college's commitment to academic quality standards and its keenness to achieve academic accreditation by following up on its educational outcomes.
