Under the patronage of the Dean of the College of Education for Humanities, Prof. Dr. Farhad Aziz Mohiuddin, the Department of Educational and Psychological Sciences, in cooperation with the Psychological Counseling and Educational Guidance Unit, organized a scientific symposium entitled "Teamwork Skills and the Foundations of Success and Effective Interaction" with the aim of shedding light on the importance of cooperation in academic and professional work environments and promoting the concepts of joint work among students. The symposium addressed multiple axes, including the basic principles of teamwork, the dynamics of interaction within teams, and strategies for solving problems in participatory ways, in addition to the importance of building an effective cooperative environment based on trust and mutual respect. It also touched on the psychological and behavioral factors that affect the success of teams and the role of positive leadership in achieving common goals. The lecturers emphasized that the ability to work in a team is one of the basic pillars that students must possess, noting that modern work environments increasingly rely on multidisciplinary work teams, which makes possessing the skills of cooperation and effective communication essential to achieving success. They also touched on the need to instill a culture of cooperation among students, not only in the academic field but also in their practical and professional lives in the future.
