A scientific visit to the University Presidency Library to enhance scientific research skills

Under the patronage of Professor Dr. Farhad Aziz Mohiuddin, the Department of Quranic Sciences and Islamic Education at the College of Education for Humanities organized a scientific visit to the University Presidency Library with the aim of developing students' scientific research skills and introducing them to available sources of knowledge. The visit included an introductory tour inside the library halls, where students were introduced to the various sections of the library and the mechanisms for benefiting from paper and electronic sources in preparing academic research. A comprehensive explanation was also provided about the mechanisms for searching digital indexes and methods for benefiting from available scientific databases. The students expressed their benefit from this experience, expressing their appreciation for the college's efforts in supporting them academically and preparing them for a promising research future. During the visit, the Dean stressed the importance of scientific research in enhancing students' academic thinking, noting that such visits are an important step in developing their research capabilities and expanding their scientific horizons, which is positively reflected in the quality of their research projects.
