Under the patronage of the Dean of the College of Education for Humanities, Professor Dr. Farhad Aziz Mohiuddin, and within the framework of enhancing mechanisms of joint cooperation between the College and the Education Directorate, the Department of Educational and Psychological Sciences, in cooperation with the Continuing Education Division and the Quality Assurance and University Performance Evaluation Division, organized a distinguished development course for teachers and counselors following up on the college's applied students in the schools of the Education Directorate. The course aimed to enable teachers and counselors to apply the best educational and teaching practices in line with academic accreditation standards and to establish an educational environment that supports the applied students and develops their professional and academic skills. The course addressed a number of basic axes, including mechanisms for supervising the applied students, the foundations for evaluating their performance, and how to enhance their teaching skills in the classroom. The Dean also stressed the importance of fruitful cooperation between academic and educational institutions to achieve the goals of quality education, praising the pivotal role of teachers and counselors in refining the skills of the applied students and enhancing their teaching capabilities. His Excellency stressed the need to adhere to academic quality standards to develop the educational and teaching process in a sustainable manner.
