A Scientific Seminar on the Impact of Graduates in Evaluating the Academic Reality

Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Farhad Aziz Mohiuddin, Dean of the College of Education for Humanities, the Graduates Unit, in cooperation with the Continuing Education Division, organized a scientific seminar entitled "The Role of Graduates in Evaluating the Academic Reality of Colleges of Education." The Dean delivered his lecture, which targeted the college's professors, highlighting their academic and educational impacts and responsibilities, and praising their position as a fundamental pillar in developing the academic institution. His Excellency opened his lecture by talking about the importance of professors' discipline and its impact on building a positive image of the college, stressing the need to adhere to academic and ethical standards in dress and behavior, as they are the first role models for students. He pointed out that the university professor bears great responsibilities on his shoulders, as he is not just a transmitter of knowledge, but rather a guide and maker of generations, adding that the success and stability of the college depends on the extent of professors' commitment and dedication in performing their duties. The Dean also gave special advice in his speech to newly appointed professors, reminding them that they will be the educators of the sons of this country and that they must carry Their scientific and educational message with sincerity and seriousness, and he explained that through their commitment and creativity, the college will continue to achieve its academic goals, adding: If the professors are safe, the college will be safe and prosperous. 

In the context of his talk about sincerity in science, he pointed out that the university professor is not just an employee, but rather a bearer of a noble mission that requires working in a spirit of cooperation, dedication and constant striving to provide the best for students. He also stressed the need to adhere to the values ​​of integrity and transparency in dealing with students and scientific materials.
