Master's Thesis Discusses the Poetics of Discourse in the Stories of Ali Awad Abdullah

Under the patronage and attendance of the Dean of the College of Education for Human Sciences, Professor Dr. Farhad Aziz Mohi El-Din, the master's thesis entitled (Poetics of Discourse in the Stories of Ali Awad Abdullah) was discussed in the Department of Arabic Language by the student Waddah Hatem Hazaa and in the college hall on 9/1/2024.

The thesis aimed to study the importance of poetics in the structure of narrative discourse and to clarify the laws that poetics generate in the narrative work, which gives the narrative work a special privacy.

The thesis came out with results that lie in the importance of the overlap between poetics and the narrative work, as it formed a new function, so the entire rhetorical structure became wet with the water of poetry, subject to its leaks and transformations.

The discussion committee consisted of the teaching staff. .
