A Master's Thesis in the Department of Arabic Language Discusses Morphological Deviation

Under the patronage of the Dean of the College of Education for Human Sciences, Professor Dr. Farhad Aziz Mohiuddin, the Master's thesis entitled (Morphological Deviation in the Explanations of Ibn Jinni, Abu al-Ala al-Ma'arri and al-Wahidi on the Diwan of al-Mutanabbi) was discussed in the Department of Arabic Language by the student Janan Mutlaq Ahmed in the college hall on 8/20/2024.

The thesis dealt with defining the phenomenon of deviation and mentioning its locations in al-Mutanabbi's poetry, and analyzing it in light of the rules of morphology, and the speech of the Arabs cited as evidence, in order to arrive at the semantic secret for which deviation from one form to another occurred.

The discussion committee consisted of the teaching staff. .
