Master's thesis in the Department of Quranic Sciences and Islamic Education deals with jurisprudential precaution

Under the patronage of the Dean of the College of Education for Humanities, Professor Dr. Farhad Aziz Mohiuddin, the master's thesis entitled (The jurisprudential precaution stated by Al-Hafiz Ibn Hajar Al-Asqalani - d. 852 AH - in his book Fath Al-Bari, a comparative study) was discussed in the Department of Quranic Sciences and Islamic Education by the researcher (Walid Muhammad Younis) and in the college hall on 7/29/2024.

The thesis dealt with defining the topic of jurisprudential precaution adopted by the jurists of the previous schools of thought, and collecting the issues that are taken with caution in one place, which the author mentioned in various places and stated.

The researcher succeeded in defending his thesis and explaining its importance through the issues he collected in it.

The discussion committee consisted of the teaching staff. .
