Under the patronage of the Dean of the College of Education for Humanities, Professor Dr. Farhad Aziz Mohiuddin, the master's thesis entitled (The jurisprudential faculties of Imam Al-Maqri (759) An applied study from the Book of Fasting to the end of the Book of Faith) was discussed in the Department of Quranic Sciences and Islamic Education by researcher Tahrir Hadi Saleh in the college hall on 7/25/2024.
The master's thesis dealt with (The jurisprudential faculties of Imam Al-Maqri from the Book of Marriage) by explaining the faculties of this book in terms of clarifying the general meaning of these faculties and clarifying the evidence that is used to prove this faculty and the most important applications that are taken from the general meaning of this faculty, as well as addressing some contemporary issues in it.
The researcher succeeded in explaining and serving all the jurisprudential faculties, which number more than sixty faculties of jurisprudence, in a way that benefits the reader and serves the Islamic library, as she transferred the faculties from the theoretical side to the practical side.
