“A Master’s thesis in the College of Education for Human Sciences discussing the jurisprudential colleges of Ibn al-Muqri”

Under the auspices of the Dean of the College of Education for Human Sciences, Professor Dr. Farhad Aziz Mohieddin, the Department of Qur’anic Sciences and Islamic Education discussed the master’s thesis titled (The Jurisprudential Colleges of Ibn al-Muqri (died 759 AH), an applied study from the Book of Rents to the End of the Book of Transgression and Entitlement) by researcher Muhammad Matar on 5/2024. /15 .

 The dissertation dealt with the study of the universals of jurisprudence and their relationship to the jurisprudential and fundamental rules and the jurisprudential standard, and an explanation of their sources and place, and the introduction of Imam Al-Muqri. It aimed to explain the universals that Al-Muqri mentioned in the book Al-Ijarah, that the word “all” is the strongest form of generality and a comprehensive and comprehensive name for the meanings of the procedure it contains, and that knowing the importance of universals avoids the jurisprudence. Contradiction in branches of jurisprudence and confusion between similar ones.
