A Master's Thesis Discusses the Repetition of Poetic Imagery in Early Islamic Poetry

Under the patronage and attendance of Professor Dr. Farhad Aziz Mohiuddin, Dean of the College of Education for the Humanities, a master's thesis entitled "The Repetition of Poetic Imagery in Early Islamic Poetry" by student Zainab Abdul Razzaq Khader was discussed in the Department of Arabic Language in the college hall on February 25, 2025.

The study examined the patterns of repetitive poetic imagery, which included human, spatial, and existential imagery. It also discussed the reasons behind this repetition. These reasons were summarized as general and specific reasons in an attempt to shed light on the image at this stage of poetry in the early Islamic era.
