The College of Basic Education organizes a workshop entitled (The Saint-Lego Electoral System in Iraq)

The College of Basic Education, Division of Continuing Education, organized an important workshop entitled “The Saint-Lego Electoral System in Iraq.” The workshop was presented by the lecturer Ismail Ismail Adwan.The workshop on the Saint-Lego electoral system in Iraq included an in-depth analysis of how this system works and its impact on the electoral process in the country. It was reviewed how the system works, how votes are calculated, and how seats are distributed according to this method.In addition, the advantages and disadvantages of the Saint-Lego system were discussed compared to other electoral systems used in Iraq, how it affects political representation and government stability, and the extent of its compatibility with the political and social reality in the country.
