A lecturer at the College of Arts participates in a master's thesis discussion committee on "Kitab Baghdad" by Ibn Tayfur

Dr. Elias Ahmed Karim, a lecturer in the Department of History at the College of Arts, participated in the discussion committee for the master's thesis titled "Kitab Baghdad by Ibn Tayfur as a Source for Studying the Political and Civilized Life of Baghdad" by researcher Mona Ihsan Abdul Aziz at the College of Education for Human Sciences, Kirkuk University.

The thesis aimed to demonstrate the importance of "Kitab Baghdad" as a local historical source for the city of Baghdad from political and civilized perspectives during the Abbasid era.

The thesis was accepted with a passing grade.
