The Dean of the College of Arts at the University of Kirkuk, Prof. Dr. Omar Najm Al-Din Anja, participated in a forum focused on exploring successful and innovative solutions for improving services in Kirkuk Province. The event was held under the patronage of the Kirkuk Provincial Council and organized by the volunteer team "Talents and Energies for Sustainable Development," in collaboration with Al-Isnad Company for Development, Training, and Consulting Services.
A number of official and academic figures took part in the forum, including: the Secretary-General of the Kirkuk Provincial Council, Angel Zia Sheba; Kirkuk Province Advisors Hedayat Taher and Ali Hammadi; Dean of the College of Arts Prof. Dr. Omar Najm Al-Din Anja; Director of the Kirkuk Notary Office, Biro Yassin; Director of the “Iraqi Tent” Project, Dr. Noaman Al-Janabi; along with several heads of organizations, volunteer teams, and professional and governmental institutions.
During the forum, the Dean of the College of Arts delivered a lecture entitled “The Concept of Bureaucracy and Non-Bureaucracy and Their Impact on Government Institutions.” In his talk, he addressed the importance of exchanging experiences and ideas, and enhancing cooperation frameworks among various stakeholders in the province, in a way that contributes to improving the quality of services provided to citizens and achieving the goals of sustainable development.
