Workshop at the College of Arts on Stimulating Economic Development

On February 20, 2025, the College of Arts, in collaboration with the Employment and Follow-up Unit and the Rehabilitation and Employment Unit at Kirkuk University, held a scientific workshop titled "Activating the Entrepreneurship Initiative to Employ the Unemployed and Stimulate Economic Development."

The workshop focused on guiding students to build and enhance their abilities in order to secure advanced employment opportunities. It also emphasized developing their skills and motivating them to enter the labor market.

The main goal of the workshop was to explain ways to reduce unemployment in society by stressing the importance of clear strategic plans and implementing mechanisms to develop both the public and private sectors, ultimately providing job opportunities for students and youth.
