Lecture by a Faculty Member of the College of Arts on the Role of Supervisory Staff in Leading Students Toward Excellence

Prof. Dr. Salwa Jergis Salman, a faculty member at the College of Arts, University of Kirkuk, delivered a lecture at the student dormitories on the role of supervisory staff in leading students toward academic and personal excellence.

The lecture included an explanation of the impact of supervisory staff on the educational process, particularly in light of the current political, social, cultural, and technological changes occurring worldwide, alongside the progress being made in various scientific fields of life.

The goal of the lecture was to emphasize that qualified supervisory staff and their behavior in the societal environment are key tools for creativity, change, development, and improvement in communities. It highlighted the necessity of utilizing all available resources through educational management to achieve the fundamental objectives in this regard.
